I have worked with Lindsey Caison for a few years and she is the consummate professional, efficient, knowledgeable and most of all kind. I really can't say enough great things about her. She is an asset to One Main and I appreciate her!

Not happy with this particular office. I deferred a payment and ever since it shows that I am 30 days late. My credit score plummeted. (I had to pay to defer it as well!) I also referred a client and never received the $100 referral fee. That was 8 weeks ago. I would have to say One Main over promises and under delivers.

Awesome service. I called and spoke to Jack in my local branch. Told him what I needed and he worked with me most of the day to get the refi/ new loan going. Everything was ready when I got to the branch to sign the papers. Quick and painless and I had my proceeds in the bank the next morning!
