Creekside Finance, Lenoir, NC

I have dealt with Creekside Finance for years. I usually do not write reviews but they have treated me so well, that I wanted to give them a shout out today. I was a little shocked to read some of the reviews before starting to write my Own review. Because of my personal dealing with this company I have come to the conclusion that the negative reviews are coming from individuals that did not pay their agreed on contract terms for their financial loan. It always amazes me that some people borrow money in some form and then feel like they do not have to repay that financial agreement. I personally have only dealt with the Lenoir office but in doing so I will say they are very professional and have always treated me very well. I have dealt with the ladies in the office and the owner (Larry Gragg) and have only positive comments for all of them. This is a great group of individuals and they have been very helpful and courteous to me on every occasion. I’m sure it could be different, if I wasn’t paying my contract terms because of an agreement that I made with them but I pay my bills. I just wanted to take a moment to say thank you. Thank you for always giving me a smiling face to look at when I am in your office and treating me with respect and kindness. All of you are wonderful people and very professional. I truly appreciate all of your hard work to make a loan go through for me. Keep up the great work!

When I was married to my now ex husband we borrowed money from you guys to buy our son a car. I have always had a great experience with the Lenoir office. Always friendly when I came in to make my payment and the girls knew me by name. I would recommend this place to anyone. (Holly Ennis)

I manage a used car lot WE DO NOT recommend Creekside Finance. Please check with Allied, Basic, One main or any other financial institutions. And to add to the response below from Larry, he knows that he is not telling the truth at all. We do not and have NEVER charged a customer a dealer fee. He is just trying to make them look better. He even threatened me over the phone. It's very sad that a man like him would be the president/owner of this company. Also, if you can't tell by the reviews, maybe you should stay away.

I have received numerous loans from them. Great group of people. Courteous, professional, and very sweet ladies. Love this business. Hope to do business in the future! 5 star awesome company!

I have had 10 different loans with Creekside Finance, and while the interest rates are a little "high," they are willing to "work with their customers" and quite literally "bend over backwards" to try and help. And as long as you hold up "your end of the bargain" they ALWAYS hold up "their end of the bargain!" I don't understand why some people want to "complain" and give "negative reviews" because of their OWN incompetence and their OWN neglect to live up to their OWN agreements! I have absolutely NO COMPLAINTS whatsoever with Creekside Finance, and the people that work there (at least in the Lenoir branch), they are all Wonderful People! Larry, Shannon, Sharon, Paula, & Ruby I love y'all.

Creekside Finance has always done the best for me. Highly recommend to do business with. Staff are great and caring people.
