I paid my loan off in the beginning of February, here it is the end of March and I still haven't received my title back. How much longer will I have to wait?

Service has been amazing during the time I was paying off the loan but my vehicle has been paid off since April and still haven’t received my title. I was told in March my title was going to be ready by my last payment in April. Three weeks ago it was apparently “sent in the mail” but still haven’t received it. I’ve called multiple times since it’s been paid off and was told they are going to check on it and call me back and each time I’ve never received a call back.
