Very disappointed with what Angie's attitude she was very unprofessional maybe she needs more training.

I've had 2 loans here. The first went well and the second went well until I paid off the loan. Long story made short; they took one of my truck titles for collateral and I still have not received it. I paid the loan off over 4 months ago. The people at the Lexington office either outright lied to me or misled me 3 times. Now I'm left trying to find my title at the DMV. I'll never do business with them again.

DONT DO IT TO YOURSELF, THIS COMPANY HAS NO LOYALTY TO ITS CUSTOMERS, I HAVE HAD A LOAN WITH THEM FOR OVER 5 YEARS, AND NOT ONE PAYMENT MISSED (PERFECT PAYMENT HISTORY) I INQUIRED ABOUT ANOTHER FOR 5K AND DENIED WITH NO EXPLANTION. THIS IS ACTUALLY THE 3RD TIME I HAVE REQUESTED MORE FUNDS AND DENIED. I WILL BE PAID OFF IN 2 MONTHS AND I WILL NEVER EVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN! LOYALTY TO GOOD PAYING CUSTOMERS IS HARD TO FIND. I JUST BOUGHT A HOUSE USING ANOTHER FINANCE COMPANY AND THEY IMMEDIATLY OFFERED 10K FOR ANY EXPENSES I HAD! NEVER AGAIN ONE MAIN, I WILL SEE TO IT THE WORLD KNOWS MY STORY ABOUT YOU

Very disappointed, actually insulting. I have been a good customer. Had multiple loans in the past. The last $10,000 loan was 18%. I came in trying to payoff two other loans and get a little money. I asked for 10,000. They came back with $2500 and i needed to give you my car title at 33%.. What a slap in the face. I took it because i needed to resolve a few things immediately. I will consolidate the three loans elsewhere. Someone that cares about their customer.

This was the best experience I ever had getting a loan everything went quickly and smoothly. Angela was a great help and easy to work with.
