They allowed my federal refund to go into An account that doesn’t even have my name on it! And refused to transfer it to my account even though they know who’s account it went into. In other words they aided in fraud!! It could take up to 120 days for the IRS to do anything and even then I may have lost my money altogether! First opportunity I have I will be switching banks

I've banked here since I opened my first checking account when I was 16, and don't ever want to find another bank! I've experienced national banks when I lived out of town, but First Federal's service makes me so relieved to be back in Lincoln County so I can enjoy friendly, easy, trustworthy service again.

Best bank ever !!! Extremely professional employees who are very knowledgeable and super friendly. Everyone there goes above and beyond to help you with all your banking needs. Check them out !!!! You will be glad you did !

Management is pathetic, at best. They do not listen. Beware as they have control of your accounts; not you.

Left 3 messages with the loan officer.. no response.. Hate to leave bad review.. but that's not the way to do business..

My family’s business has been with this bank since the 70’s. It is not a good bank for a business, but we have stayed out of loyalty. Today we got repaid for that loyalty by a “Karen” employee threatening to have my vehicle towed the next time I park there without coming into the building. The large parking lot only had 2 cars parked in it. I was only there for 12 mins. Thanks to this employee, we no longer feel loyalty to this bank. We will be taking our business elsewhere.
