I purchased a Honda Accord from here. It is paid off completely now. They were great. My car has been very reliable and have had no problems. When I purchased the car the driver door had a problem shortly after purchase. They had it fixed and didn’t charge me anything. They are friendly and great to do business with. Highly recommend

These people are real criminals. No person should ever have to pay 28% interest rate with decent credit. First time car buyers beware, their contracts are sneaky and difficult to understand, they will have you signing the paperwork and paying triple what your car is worth over the time of the loan. Terrible people, this place should be shut down.

Wilco was there for me when I needed a good vehicle. Down payment was low, and the monthly payments were low enough where I could still do everything else I needed to do in life. They worked with me when I needed repairs down on my truck. I will always appreciate them, and recommend them to anyone in search of a good vehicle without all the hassle!!!

Wilco Finance is completely unprofessional in all interactions. Most employees do not know how to explain anything effectively along with not being on the same page. Matt with Import Auto company stated that this company is “The worst finance/warranty company they have ever worked with” as far as doing business with them. After calling for clarification an employee abruptly hung up with again no proper explanation to the main question I’m asking due to not effectively listening to the customers concerns. In all interactions with dealerships and finance companies I have to say Jeff’s Auto Sales and Wilco Finance is the worst I have also dealt with and will no longer be a customer of theirs. Do business with them at your own risk because this is ran a COMPLETELY different way than it was years ago. If I could award zero stars my husband and I most certainly would.

Working with Wilco was amazing! I only had my vehicle for 3 months when it was totaled! Between Wilco and my insurance company, I got the 1st car paid off in full and was put into a new car. The staff was very kind and efficient. I have been referring them to all my friends and coworkers.

Car is junk. Was in shop from day 1. Took 3 months to get back and still wasn't right. Drew quit calling us back or taking calls when we called needing to know what to do about the issues and we purchased a warranty. Way overpaid for the car but that was our decision we knew the price. Awd vehicle and the AWD has been taken out, transfer case, universal etc. Over 500 a month plus working on the car constantly and it still sounds like it's literally going to fall apart going down the road. It's been a year am we're done. Jeff's use to be good, but now they are just shiny junk cars and Wilco will not honor their promises.
