The staff at One Main Financial was so professional. My loan officer was Sierra she made the process of getting my loan so easy. She explained everything that I needed to know. I would like to thank all of the staff for everything.

The ladies at One Main on Fayetteville Road in Lumberton are ALWAYS great to work with. They never disappoint. You really need to check them out for your short term $$$ needs when you need a hand. Please tell them I sent you. LOL

I started borrowing with Anita the manager when she worked in Whiteville. My family followed her to Lumberton without any hesitation she's a fantastic manager. Today was my first negative experience with a loan officer. I was joking around with staff as usual but one decided she would put her feelings about my joking on facebook WHILE I'M SIGNING THE PAPERWORK!!!. My son became aware of her response when we got to the parking lot and showed me. You can have your opinions but don't put them on Facebook while you should be working.

Worst ever. Called to talk about an auto loan. We talked and I said id call back and I called back a few times but they didn't answer. Guess they ignored me. That's ok. Don't call me to get the money I owe you. Reporting this to cfpb
