Is behind on something if I could? I will give this is 0 Stars. I went in to pawn a 400 Dewalt drill set. When the owner went to write up to ticket for me, he wrote up just a tool bag. I asked him if he's going to include the items that are in the bag. He turns around and tears up the ticket. Ingles I don't want to deal with someone that don't trust me. But the last time I checc when are planning our belongs to them because they don't trust us. So Excuse me, if I'm wrong, but if we request him to write the items down in there, so we get Oliver items back shouldn't he be willing to do that for business?

This place definitely does not cater to drummers. They know nothing about drums—they think cymbals rust—THEY’RE MADE OF METALS THAT DON’T RUST! They say “don’t drop the cymbal, it’ll break”. THEY’RE MADE TO BE HIT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I asked them if they wanted some drum know-how, and “they’re fine.” I used to buy sticks from them, but now they’re all really fragile. For drummers, Killough’s is KillNO’s.

THESE GUYS ARE SOOOOOO NICE, FAIR AND POLITE! I am new to this area and I went in needing money to feed some local stray cats and the owner gave me exactly what I was asking I think bc he knew I was trying to help animals and I just think it was so nice bc he didn't know if that's what it was really 4 n he took time to say it was a kind gesture of me doing it n helped in his own way as well. I'm happy 2 say the cats were VERYYYY well fed bc of this place! The owner and his employee, (gentleman with close shaved hair) were so pleasant and also educated me on some music equipment. On top of all the GR8 customer service they provided to me this shop has one of the most unique and rare musical instrument selections! U HAVE TO CHECK IT OUT! It's also very well organized for ur viewing pleasure. Again I'd like to thank u guys 4 the kindness u blessed me and those animals with! 🙏💖 I WILL ALWAYZZZ GIVE GOOD WORD OF MOUTH ADVERTISEMENT FOR THIS SHOP!

I have never been to such a cool pawn/music shop! They have a HUGEEEEE selection of every possible instrument, both common and rare. And all the employees are very educated and extremely polite.
