After being a valued customer with 3 previous loans and made every payment on time and paid in full. They contacted me about a loan offer and then declined me for a low credit score according to them. Would never recommend them to anyone ever again. So much for being a valued customer.

Process was very smooth, took only couple days from inquiry to being approved and paperwork being done. Lisi was fabulous to work with. Everything was spelled out and it was as easy as possible.

I have always received superb customer service from this One Main branch!!! Loan details are plainly explained so no problem understanding what is happening.

My experience was very good and the person that was working with me was very knowledgeable, sensitive patient and concerned, and I was glad to have someone to work with me. That made me feel important even though, I did not know how to do a lot of things that was requested for me to do.
