I had the pleasure to work with Sherrie W. and Christy E. They went above and beyond to help me obtain a car loan. Then made sure the check was overnighted to the dealership in Knoxville Tennessee and I was able to drive off with my new vehicle the same day. So very nice and considerate.

Wow! what a delight our experience was with Christy. She was absolutely wonderful and now has brand new customers because of her time and effort. We can't say enough good about this young lady.

Excellent bank with very friendly people! My only complaint is that you have to call Canton and be transferred to Mills River to speak with someone at that branch. Otherwise I would give them 5 stars!

I just opened accounts here at Champion Credit Union. It was an easy process and Tammy Gray helped me. She is friendly, easy to talk to, and informed me about everything I needed to know. I can use their online banking and their banking app for my phone. I am very glad I chose to change from a regular big bank to a friendly Credit Union. It has been awhile since I banked at a Credit Union. I didn't know there are Credit Unions that anyone can join you don't have to be part of a company to join. Credit Unions do have much to offer too. I rate this one all stars because they are friendly and answered all my questions. Big special thanks to Tammy Grey too for making my experience comfortable and easy!

Sherrie Worley is the definition of great customer service! She was very knowledgeable of the different loan options and programs available. I completed the application from my phone and had a response very quickly. Her attention to detail is second to none! Call Sherrie if you need help with an auto loan. We have now refinanced our home and financed our new vehicle with Champion. We will use them again! 👍
