The loan officers and bankers will take you through the whole process of an application for an auto loan and wait for the last signatures before adding a last minute requirement. They are not communicative and prompt when it comes to the customers time. I got two auto loans through this branch. They do not know their own guidelines. I highly recommend working with another branch. Horrible business.
