The representatives were easy to work with and process was not stressful at all. What an amazing experience. They also lowered our interest rate. We greatly appreciate this. This company, especially Dixie Steel is outstanding. They have excellent customer service. They listen to your needs and they truly care for their customers. As for Dixie, she is amazing and goes the extra mile to make sure you're satisfied with their service. I highly recommend Lyon Financial!

This is by far the worst experience I have had with any Financial Group as a contractor. The Customer service team has terribly slow turn around, lose your documents, hold up payments for weeks on end, terrible communication, and management is more worried about taking an entire week off for a pool expo rather than processing paperwork. I will never recommend this bank again nor will I accept a single project that is financed through them. I am into the project over a month now with constant holdups from their end. For all the clients I used to recommend to work through Lyon you would think they would have any sense of appreciation. *still an ongoing issue* Lewis General Contractors

As a contractor they hold you to every letter of the contract but won't make the client live up to the contract they signed. Savannah Mitchell was our rep with our client. It states that if we go over on concrete or retaining walls (we quote these jobs 6 to 8 months out) the customer has to pay the increase in materials for walls and Concrete. My client literally blackmailed me in an email WITH Savannah Mitchell, saying if I charged her for the extra on the wall she would not release our last payment. Sure enough, until I put it in writing I waited 2 months on my last pay out. Next customer, same thing....breach of our contract and we had to walk off the job for non agreement and we lost our last check of $18,000. Also we lost almost $4000 on the first job. Contractors beware! They may be great for the clients but not you as the contractor.

This is the type of predatory lending company that helped in the 2008 financial crash. It's capitalist vultures like them that swindle and mislead folks like Ashli Babbitt. Imagine they ask a Yes/No question if your renovation project is complete. You click no and they are telling you you have to say 'Yes' so that the vendor can be paid. Paid $750 for them to act as a middle man and they were a nightmare to deal with and incompetent at the very best. Would highly recommend you use a different financial company. The stuff they can get away with in NC they can't get away with in a progressive state that hold these vulture feet to the fire.

We were referred to Lyons by Cody Pools and very happy with the experience! The whole process from application to funding was as smooth as can be. Rates are high in general right now, but I am very happy with the rate and terms we got. Without their help, we probably wouldn't have been able to build our pool for several more years. This is a 5 star for Jordan Davidson who was extremely helpful and very responsive to my inquiries about pool financing. We have not yet pulled the trigger but most likely will and I hope that I can further work w/Jordan once we move forward. It's rare to have such great ratings overall at financial loan companies so my guess is they are very transparent and fair. I'll update the review once I get through the process.
