Everything was quick and easy. We called about a loan and the next day we were told what we could get and how to finalize everything. Then the day after that we signed all the loan documents and we were done. The people were very friendly and helpful.

After months of them sending me letters in the mail for pre-approved loan, I call to get a loan for half that amount and after two days of waiting they tell me it didn’t go thru. Seems to me like false advertising they only want loans that are years to pay back not short ones for 3 months or less. Now I’ve got an inquiry for nothing. Wouldn’t recommend.

Very poor communication up front regarding a personal loan and all the details involved. Definitely didn't feel like they went the distance for me and weren't informative on initial details. Now my credit is suffering because of it. Wouldn't recommend.
