I work as a real estate closer in a law firm and have had many closings with Michelle in Morehead City and her closing team. I have nothing but good things to say about my interactions with them. Whenever I need anything, Michelle and her processors jump right on it. And, the closers are willing to bend over backwards to get me that final package and funding. I always enjoy my closings with them!

My experience with Michelle Gregory was not good to say the least. She was not professional with me during the process of prequalification. She provided a pre-approval letter then rescinded it. I believe she should have known what was and was not acceptable income prior to providing the letter. Her errors caused me great distress along with the loss of monies I paid toward the home I placed an offer on then had to cancel. She does not return phone calls or email requests. She is still in possession of my money and documents that I have requested returned to me. I would NOT recommend her to anyone interested in obtaining a mortgage.

Easy to work with and always willing to go the extra mile to help you out! Without a doubt I recommend them!!
