They financed my husband's vehicle July 2018. I didn't have to deal with them until December 2018 when he died unexpectedly. I have dealt with Barbara and Kelly on the phone and with Steve via Barbara. They have been professional and very personable and due to my circumstances and my being open and honest with them they have worked with me. Iwas able to keep my car my husband had wanted me to have for years. Everyone's story, situation, or problem is different but the moral of this is be open and honest and give them a chance to assist you in getting it resolved. Thank you Steve, Barbara and Kelly! I cannot say that enough.

This is the second time I've financed car through Coastal Finance. I will tell you if your credit is less then desirable they can help you. They have always worked with me when it comes to my loans and payments. The people that work there have always been nice to me, even when I'm late with my payment. I don't know if this makes a difference but I have only dealt with the Morehead City office. I have no problems with them and do recommend them.

I bought and paid for 3 cars and have a brand new car now and they financed them all. I know all of them and they know me. I wish all of the cars were listed in my credit report, but a couple are.i want them all in there. Also, interest is a little high. Other than that, I love them all, good people.

READ YOUR LOAN CONTRACT!!!!! Went in for a $500 loan they cut me a check for that amount. Never was I informed that my actual loan amount was for $566 because of fees.
