Morganton Savings Bank misled me through my lot loan application process, resulting in my losing $350 due to their mistakes and incompetence. I will never use their services again.

Anyone who values great customer service need go no further than this local bank. The ladies, Jennifer, Mariah, et.al., are as personable as they are professional. The perfect bank.

UnFortunately Lisa retired, But she was the best That anyone could ask for. I really miss her.. Gretchen, Mariah, Jennifer, and especially the lady at drive through. I am so sorry but I can’t think of her name, all of you have been wonderful to me. I appreciate you more than you could ever know.
