My seller required a local lender, Homestar was recommended, and it worked out. But it’s been 20+ months and I’m still getting “Home Warranty” mail with their name on it, so clearly they sold my info or are trying to dupe me into paying them more than I already have, for a “warranty” that wouldn’t even apply to my home if you read the fine print.
