The represenative that I was working with (Kisha) was very professional and very informative. Kisha explained details of the loan and how it was to be paid back and how long it would take to repay the loan. She also explained that there were no penalties for extra payments or pay off early. Kisha was friendly and the staff in the office were very professional.

I have fair to good credit, but a high debt ratio. I applied online for a $2000 loan with $54 per month payments to tie me over until my house refinancing closes a couple of weeks later, then I would pay the loan off in full. My online application was approved for which I was relieved, only to be notified the next day that my loan request was denied because of my debt ratio. So frustrating. Now I have a hard pull on my credit report for nothing! Be aware.
