I've done business with them for years and I have never had any trouble with them.

I have never seen such poor customer service. I was not greeted by either agent I spoke to. While I was giving my information for a loan, the guy never looked up and huffed as if he couldn't breathe or he was just upset that he had do some work. He then just told me I want approved without even trying to work something out. It's not impossible to get a loan. Just impossible with Basic Finance.

Used them for the past 2 years. Never had a problem and always super nice when I call to make a payment.

Very rude people. The older man that works there is super nice and a great person to deal with. But not the rest of them.

They have been there to help me they've stood by me in everything I've needed.

Very Rude and they don’t stand by what they promise. Do Better and treat people like people obviously we are in a bind if we need a loan from you … not very good business people to deal with.
