I just visited the drive thru teller to make a credit card payment. I had the payment coupon (which I sent in with my check). A couple of years ago I had an identity theft problem and there is a password on my account. What I don't understand is why she asked for my password IN THE DRIVE THRU when I was PAYING on the account and sent everything she needed IN with the payment. I don't see how my having a password on my account is helpful when EVERYONE IN the branch AND the drive thru now knows what it is. Things like this are why I pulled my checking account from there in the first place.

SELF-HELP CREDIT UNION HAS CHANGED MY LIFE. THE EMPLOYEES ARE WONDERFUL AND WILL DO ANYTHING THEY CAN IN THEIR POWER TO HELP YOU. ITS THE BEST DECISION I EVER MADE TO JOIN.

The worst bank by far , they always have me issues and once I had enough of the bank managers rude comments and racist behavior I was told my account was being closed , due to freedom of speech , do not go there , the district manager is the same they would not give me a number to file a complaint and she said she controls it ,

Wonderful Staff, I am very appreciative of all the help through out the years. I really like the new location as well.

Barely ever open and no customer service number to contact. I understand that a 4 day work week is the "new future" but there's not even anyone available when problems arise for customer service. What's the point in being a customer serving bank with "help" in the name when that's the last thing they can do for you. This branch may be okay overall but it's a pitiful example of help.

Only been with Self Help a few months but so far everything has been great.

Been coming here for many years and the staff are great. I would recommend.
