Do not go to Century finance for loans ! Going there to get the loan was easy and everyone was super nice but if you end up having a hardship situation there are no options to be able to get back on track and everyone is super argumentative. This isn’t your average finance company you can’t talk to them and let them know you are in a hardship because with this place nothing matters but making your payment when they want it in . It would be more customer efficient if there were things in place so when life happens you can be confident that they can work something out with you at least once . Some would rather be able to do as asked but in some situations can’t . The experience is new to me and more stressful than it should be .
