I'd never do business with these lying folks again. Although my vehicle was in their locked gate, that I left until I paid off a loan, it was broken into and I was never told until I finished paying it off, they claimed they mailed the title and then Phil, mentions it was broken into, locked in a barbed wired fence. Then said it was not their responsibility. It was on your property though! I hope you lying folks go out of business! That was very unprofessional and tacky. Small claims coming forth.

This is far the most unprofessional place to ever do business with. They literally are what you call a bill collector. They try to make it seem like they are such good people. Try to work and they call about insurance, address changes, job changes, payment questions when you havent changed anything. The receptionist is nice as she do what she is told at any job of course but those two men that process your contract are a bunch of LIARS. if i had enough time i would literally stand on the nearest location to them and say dont go to them save your time and money. I turned my car in due to harrassment and let me say this these people tried to make a fraud claim. I have proof and would post if I could. My insurance agency called me and said no worries we wont allow it. Then they had the nerve to threaten me with my credit or harrassment. Even made the comment "you know what will happen to your credit"....lol dummies duh... i knew when i turned in the car. Little do they know everytime i have ever spoken or encountered them i recorded it. And far as my credit thats taken care of...so jokes on you... STOP HARRASSING PAYING CUSTOMERS AND MAYBE YOU COULD EXPAND YOUR BUSINESS. HAD YOU BEEN POLITE OR PROFESSIONAL I WOULD NOT TURNED IN THE CAR.
