Everytime I come to the drive thru and deposit, they are always helpful and with smiley faces. Makes business easier and they are so welcoming. I like this branch better more than other NFCU in Jacksonville. Also I would like to suggest tho that the ATMs need to be check for updates I guess, one time I went to deposit cash after hours and ATM went down/unavailable. However, this location is great! Always pleased

Always polite and easy to work with. Tim was so nice to speak with on the phone and offered excellent customer service! Love that this branch is close to home! Love doing business with them!

Great bank, great people, great service. Plus the fact that my kids can be members, there kids can become members and so on. Once you are a member, anyone in your immediate family can be a member.

Decent bank. Professional, polite, friendly staff. I'm so glad NF is in the Richlands. Navy Fed is best at serving customers.

Close to my house, typical NFCU hours, friendly staff, always clean, and always greeted when entering.

We use Navy Federal Credit Union for every single financial need we have. There are a number of branches in Jacksonville, but we use the NFCU in Richlands. They have excellent Customer Service and a wide variety of financial options. Also, their mobile app is very user friendly and we can do just about anything with the App. You will not be disappointed.

I have never had an issue when I go into this location. But this one time I went to ask questions and get some advice, the woman who helped wouldn't even look at me. She just kept looking at her scree and acted as I'd she were typing. I was just thinking to myself how rude, I just played it off and left. And told myself I will never work with her again, never did I get the information I needed nor did she dispute the the transaction that were not approved, they keep taking money out of my account 🤬😠😡

Being new, they treated me nice & with respect as I had so many questions. Very friendly and helpful. Different from many BANKS out there.
