The Riegelwood branch is my home branch. These ladies know us by name and family. I've been banking for over 20 years. I'm always saying going to get a bank with more locations but never have... kelli W.Jacobs & Linda Goff helps me & no issues. Thanks to all though

Riegelwood is the very Best Credit Union we have ever done business with, they actually care about their customers and when you get in a crunch, they will help you out by giving you options. I recommend Riegelwood Credit Union as the best Credit Union in North Carolina. What an awesome crew of people who are Professional and can answer any question you may have. We will always be members as long as we live.

The best people on the planet!!! They always look for a way to help you improve on your credit and for ways to get you a loan. I've been with the credit union for about 9 years and haven't been let down.

Love the riegelwood location but Leland on the other hand I typically sit in drive thru almost always for atleast 5 to 7 minutes because they pay more attention to what's going on inside I literally have to hit the call button every time why?

If I could give them, no stars, I would. They don’t deserve any stars at all. They are very rude and will not help you at all. If you have problems, they will send you out the door quicker than you came in.
