State Employees’ Credit Union, Roanoke Rapids, NC

Been a member here for over 15 years even after I moved. The one time I needed help from them they brushed me off and treated me like I didn’t matter. Called and emailed several times and a woman named Sallie Faison never returned my calls or emails for help. They’ve taken more money from me in the last few months in invalid fees than I could have thrown out the window. So sad about it but I will be leaving.

There is only 4 tellers 2 for drive through and 2 for walk-ins but I had a problem with my debit card and they got it fixed for me great service

hello, i want let you know that the credit union located in jackson, nc, is about the best one , i have dealt with, the workers are so friendly, and the loan officers or awesome, i have been in several financial binds, and they have always been able to work with to find a solution, very patient,. if they could not help me at the time, i was told what i needed to do, in order to get where i needed to be with my finances. within a year i was there, thank you especially ERICA AND ADRIENNE so to sum it up the 'SECU' IS MY BANKER,FINANCIAL ADVISORS, FRIEND IN A TIME OF TROUBLE, AND A SAVIOUR WHEN I NEED IT, WOW!!!!!!!!!!!! JUST LIKE JESUS THE CHRIST,

The employees here are very friendly and will do all they can to make sure you are taken care of. The best bank every.
