OneMain Financial, Rockingham, NC

I hate to do this because I usually don't do reviews, but the fact this place has denyed me twice but yet the company keeps sending me emails an mail saying that Im pre-approved! not to mention during covid was tuff. So I wanted to consolidate some of my loans into one they asked for my information the lady was nice she then said if I had someone else to add it might help I said yes, After all she said that it still didn't go through because of what was new. My thing is I know how loan companies work I worked at a loan company for 2 years an you make the Decision rather you wanna approve that person or not but if you see that stuff on my credit an you know I wanna consolidate it all ..not even that ..pay history is a plus then why not give that person a chance ?? People say it's not there decision when it comes to that but trust me there lying Because it is ... These loan companies have the authority to over ride things an they choose not to for certain people..

I have been a customer with this particular location for over a decade. My mom frequently used their services in her later years, and encouraged me to make them a first stop if I was ever in need of loan services. I did once and continue to. The staff is always friendly and knowledgeable, offering prompt and helpful information and service. Although it is not totally fair to compare them to the other lending institutions in my area (as I have not gone to any others), I can still highly recommend them for your financial needs.

My experience was the beginning of trickery, complete rudiness and seemingly lack of concern and respect which resulted in a negative credit rating. And so my lesson learned which leaves me with an unpleasant listening, once again, my homework is important before sharing. Therefore, I fail to see a winning additude. Although, I respectfully am willing to hear if their be a disagreement while appreciate the opportunity of sharing my time. Every choice has a specific consequence.

The women were very pleasant, cordial and thorough with assisting me & receiving my business. This is my second time working with the Rockingham branch and if I’m in need again, I’m going to see the girls ( Jamie, Jamie and Jennifer)!

I think OneMain is a great place to do business. They help u in anyway they can.
