The absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. Constantly dealt with issues over them freezing my debit card for the exact same transactions every week, for months, due to what they claim is "fraud protection". Which has left me stranded, needing gas to get home from work on multiple occasions. when I inquired about just marking said transaction as authorized I was told that in order to do so they will have to stop fraud protection for my entire account all together, and I will no longer have the ability to dispute any transactions on my account if there were ever a fraudulent transaction. Secondly, I signed up for the overdraft protection program they offer when I signed up for my account. They then changed the policy without alerting me to the actual changes made other than the fact they changed the name of it. So after finally being fed up with the antics of this aweful bank, I emailed them, understandably upset after months of them doing this, and instead of apologizing they told me to zero out my account and immediately cut off my debit card the day before Thanksgiving. When my direct deposit had just hit my account. The attitude of every single person here is absolutely despicable. I have never in my life ever had so many problems from a bank. I would never recommend them to anyone, ever!

For a bank that thrives on being "local," they certainly only offer services if you open an account. I had shopped them for a mortgage refi, and they were nice at the time. However, they were quick to turn me away for a simple notarization subsequently. No way to earn new business.

My wife and I moved to Rockwell from Harrisburg in 2002. Our family bank was Wachovia. The nearest Wachovia Bank was in downtown Salisbury, so needed to find another bank close by. We interviewed several local banks in Rockwell and was surprised to find a bank that could provide the same services as Wachovia. F&M Bank has been our bank for the last 13 years and F&M has exceeded all of our expectation.
One example of superior service from F&M, someone used my debit card number to buy gas at the local BP station in Rockwell. I was unaware of this purchase, but F&M looked at my history and identified I have never used the BP station to purchase gas. F&M called me the same day and was able to remove those charges from my account.
Another example, I was traveling to Hong Kong and I used my debit card there to purchase my wife a gift. F&M flayed that purchase and called my home and my wife answered the phone. My wife told F&M that I was traveling and she also asked what I bought. When I returned home, my wife had a smile on her face because she already knew what I had bought her. I surprised F&M flayed the purchase, but I was thankful they did. Now that is customer service.

The drive through at this bank has been open for almost 30 minutes and 1 person has made it through. These ladies are always taking their sweet time and are always rude.

Kathy Yates and her skinny elderly affiliate are disgusting and racist. I would not recommend this bank even to my worst enemy.

Do not go to this bank, it is terrible with its clientele. They called the police just because a boy of Hispanic origin was parked taking a nap.🤮🤮🤮 …
