Good bank for starters and those with less than perfect credit. However the staff is limited and response time maybe delayed. My personal experience with this bank is mixed. Available services and fees are straightforward. However, it took over a month to get my bank card, because they forgot to order it. Also placed an order for checks its been 42 days and still haven't received them.
