I keep forgetting my login in information. Lisa in the Durham office on Ben Franklin has always been so kind and patience she deserves every raise that is possible to get. I am well aware that sometimes I can't get anything in my head and I keep putting in wrong numbers and she keeps turning the situation into a comedy and keeps helping me. I am so grateful for her. From the tellers to the loan officers, they are dedicated to doing their best to help the members. They are professional yet friendly too. Wonderful to work with when you need financial help.
