I had several concerns and circumstances and all my issues were resolved quickly. All aspects of my needs were explained carefully with professionalism. What a relief. I think Jennifer Lamy was the girl that helped me. She was very competent.

The worst bank ever!! I had a fraudulent transaction made and I tried to put a stop to it but instead the bank did nothing and told me to investigate!! On top of that you would think they put a stop on my debit and mail out a new one, but what they didn't. Spoke to the man in charge after I closed my account he told me he would look into he never did and he didn't even bother to call and tell me anything.

Went up to pay my loan payment with a very unprofessional staff, i have filed a complaint with their main office for the misconduct of their manager. Will not do business with them again

OK bank if you want a bank that sucks your account dry with fees then charges penalties for a negative balance. Can't keep employees

Do not waste your time with this bank. They are awful. They refuse to answer their phones. They can't keep employees. Word of advice, find a smaller bank.

The ladies are super friendly and very helpful. My brother banks there and has great things to say about them so I spoke with the manager, who went out of her way to help set up accounts for me. I'm looking forward to banking with First Horizons in Salisbury. I already feel comfortable with the staff and the management.
