I went to OneMain in Sanford North Carolina and Debbie assisted me in my loan application. She was very thorough in offering me several options, I had explained to her that I wanted to get a loan to help build my credit. I was impressed and completely satisfied with not only her professionalism and expertise but how fast and easy the process was. I would give Debbie and this office six stars if it was possible. Yes I would be happy give you feedback on my last loan application. I keep getting ads in the mail so I called talk to the lady gave her everything she ask for told me she would call me the Next Day. But took Her 3 days to get back with me by that time i had taking care and didn't need the money. So i call her back Told her i did not need the loan. but she said she had it already and i was approved. Now today the 27 June I get a letter saying i was unapproved. So if this is the way you treat your long time costumers or clients. I will keep pay my loan off then I will look other places.

If I could give a negative number I would. Long story short, my loan was paid off 2 months ago. They just stole 210 dollars from my bank acct this past weekend. Had to wist until Monday to speak with anyone. Then was told that I would have to wait 15 days before they would MAIL me a refund check!! Never again and I advise anyone thinking about it to reconsider!! They are awful and crooked and customer svc is terrible!!

My experience is always good with OneMain. Never any issues & everything is handled & resolved in a timely manner.
