This is the second time I have pulled in at 5:28-5:30pm and the door has been locked in my face. Get over yourselves. If you can't stay open for 1 extra minute to make sure that your clients are taken care of, then I don't need to bank here any longer.

I am WAS with Local Government Credit Union, I just received a new pre-paid card for my online purchase about three days ago. I went in to cash a check through the drive thru and waited for almost 30 minutes before getting the response of that my account as been deactivated due to inactivity. So, I completely understand, I don't use that card much at all and it was just for online purchases. I then asked her if I could cash a check there, and she said since I had a -$82.00 balance then I couldn't. I tried to explain to her that I had paid that off and have an email that I have completely paid off that account. There WAS NOT a negative balance on that account. The debt was two years old and PAID OFF! She said that she didn't see it in her records, so it doesn't matter. I go just to cash the check at Walmart and then realized that they stamped something on my check and then marked it out, making it where I CANNOT cash it anywhere. The attitude of the second teller was absolutely rude and disrespectful. I'm in the customer service Industry and would NEVER talk to anybody like that... No matter what the circumstances was. I will no longer go to that branch anymore... I don't care if I have to pay more at any other back... They have lost my business. The customer service of the first younger teller was fine. It was the last teller and I am guess supervisor that was truly horrible.
