NORTH STATE ACCEPTANCE, Smithfield, NC

If I could I would rate North State a ZERO I paid my payments on time up until I was laid off from my job due to legal matters. I called them up and arranged to return the vehicle; in good status with no damages. North State sold the vehicle at an action in Virginia but harasses me for the full payment of vehicle value and keeps causing my credit score to go down every year around tax time ONLY. North State are unprofessional, money hungry con artists. I'm not paying for a car that I don't have and they sold years ago for the price they set. I will never recommend North State to no one.

From the red Z-71 to the Trailblazer Amy and the employees at Northstate in Smithfield NC are amazing and have helped us out many times in the past and even without having to still helped us get our Trailblazer. It is another vehicle paid off through them. Amazing ppl to deal with. They are understanding just call them. Mention me as a referral if you apply. Thanks North State!!!

very good company. i have had 3 vehicles financed with them and never a problem. As long as you make your payment's you will never hear from them. Amy and Carol are great. A++++++++

Not sure what all of the complaining is about. Been with them for 10 months now and as long as you pay on time it's been quite pleasant. Was late once and all they did was send me a text asking when I could pay. I told them, and they didn't bug me again.

Helped me when others were saying no. Late a time or two but worked with me when I let them know it was going to be. Traded my vehicle on another and my account was reported paid as agreed. Will definitely do business with them again 🙂 …
