Do not waste your time, the website is beyond not user friendly and then to try and do this registering/finding my Visa card online has been awful. U have to contact several people at several numbers and still no help. I have not been happy about this for some time. U send a question by email and it was no help at all, the person could have given me step by step. Once this mess is over w/ then I am pulling everything out
