Oh how I hate being treated like a criminal when I go to cash a check. We been using this bank for a long time and I don't like feeling like I have a background check every time I go there. The other bank in town is friendly and knows who I am. Hire some local people for goodness sake. If my wife would let me I would move all our accounts and money to the other bank.

I recently joined the Credit Union and am so thankful for all of Ashley's help. She knows her stuff, is amazingly efficient, and has helped me so much - she is literally a banking genius. I’m a little high maintenance and am the type of customer that has 50,000 questions - and if she doesn’t know the answer off the top of her head she researches it and follows up with me. Looking forward to a long and beneficial relationship with SECU!
