I cannot adequately put into words how wonderful Peggy Broach is. She helped us get our new construction loan, was so informative, professional and made the whole process a breeze. If she says she will call you back, she will call you back! From the first time I spoke with Peggy she made us feel like family, it was so easy to talk with her and made things so understandable and clear. I would recommend anyone to reach out to Peggy at Carolina Farm Credit if they are looking for a true professional who can guide you through the home loan process!

These guys are just another loan agency. Do not expect services, products, or the qualifying process to go above and beyond the normal require algorithms most companies use and you will not be disappointed. They advertise themselves as a community organization that wants help and advise local farmers and the like but that is not the case. They are not bad, or exceptionally good which is why I scored them like I did. They would have gotten a 3 for average but it irritates me when a company advertises itself as a friend to the locals but really isn't.
