I am definitely a less than credit worthy individual due to a divorce destroying my finances a few years ago. I'm also very particular about loan terms and language. Although we did not make it to the point of signing papers, my experience with them was professional. I asked the seller to reduce their price and they declined which nixed the deal. I will keep Creekside in mind for future loans although I would like to see and review one of their contracts. Thanks for your time and attention.

This place is awesome I’ve had three loans from these people make your payments when you’re supposed to or call if you’re going to be late and they work with you awesome customer service I’ve been with them for about six years never had a problem They treat you the way you treat them.So my advice to you the borrower treat them like a person and they will go out of their way to help you out. Go in with a chip on your shoulder you might as well turn around and walk back out I wouldn’t help you either if that were the case. Five stars plus.

About five months ago I went to the company for a boat loan. My husband and I were approved but the title to the boat which was worth more than what the loan amount would have been for was not good enough. They wanted me to use our diesel truck, that was worth almost $30,000 also as collateral, but not as a second lien holder but as the first. Wanted me to refinance the truck that had a 4.77% rate to an 18% rate with them. Really?!! Needless to say, we did not finance with them and went with another loan company who were super helpful and did not need anything other than the boat title. I had done business with them before when they were under different management and never had any issues but since new management took over I will probably never inquire here again.

I just happen to be in the market for another bike. I remembered I used Creekside previously to finance my HD. So I'm looking at the reviews after looking them up. I'm gonna put my 2 cents in here. I had nothing but a good experience with them. Yeah pay on time...plus the people in there were more than friendly in fact had many 10min bs conversations with the staff. I totally apologize for not remembering names but EVERYONE was always friendly and calls returned when I needed to talk to someone. When I paid my bike off title showed up about a week later.

HORRIBLE SERVICES! Don't go here unless you want to get told one thing then get told another by the same office! Not only did they screw people out of titles a couple years back the girl at the front desk doesn't even know how to answer a phone correctly looks like a lost puppy dog when you walk in and looked VERY unprofessional! I just got a call from the "claim guy" and He tried to raise his voice at me! I am a customer! NO LONGER WILL I SEND PEOPLE HERE! If there was a negative star I would give it to them! Don't waste your time! Horrible customer service all around. and They just want your money that's all but hold your breath due on when you pay off your loan you might not get your title. I've seen it happen numerous times from this company.

Creekside Finance is the best! They help you through the good times and the hard times! They are like family. My brother is the branch manager and he was able to be with his family at the passing of our Dad. They were so supportive with their love for our family. They brought food, came to the services and showed us what a great group of people they truly are. Our family was truly blessed by their kindness.

Sucks that I couldn't get approved I've looked everywhere. I have not so great credit because of past issues but dang couldn't even get approved for a loan for 350 dollars. I gave them 4 stars because they were nice and professional about it. I'm done applying to places though this was the last straw no one is going to let me take any small loan out.
