If I could rate this company 0 stars I would but I have to select a star in order to post this review. This bank is the worst bank that I have ever banked with. 1st let's start with the debit cards they hand out the cardholder company is not even from a piedmont credit union it's a third-party company and they hit you with fees that are uncalled for they charge you fees that you don't know until its too late. 2nd Piedmont credit union bank's manager is rude with an attitude problem. This bank will steal your money and lie. 3rd They told me that they offer an overdraft allowance with an overdraft fee $25 but that's not the case I wrote a check to my landlord and I was $3.00 short yes $3 and they didn't let my landlord cash the check and they charged me a $25 fee. The fee is not the issue it's the fact that Piedmont credit union told me they have an overdraft and totally lied. Rest assured I will be calling BBB on them. Please think twice about banking with this company.

They are very friendly and helpful. Have never been there that they didn't go out of their way to help us. They will even help us over the phone as needed.
