Always have a wonderful experience, especially today. Had to bring a loan up to date, and we would have be arriving right at closing time and teller Meghan and manager Jay Jackson were phenomenal! Really went above and beyond the call of duty with everything we needed, despite being closing time. Did not rush us and took the time to ensure everything we came for was taken care of! I have the luxury of traveling to nearby areas with other SECU locations and hands down, every time, I will return to the Swansboro branch every time!!

Good bank friendly people but maybe they could get more than one person to work the drive through.

I have belonged to the North Carolina State Employees Credit Union for over 20 years. It is an excellent financial institution. This is a particularly great branch to work with on Construction Loans and Mortgages. Ask for Stephanie M. for mortgage assistance!

I have been a Member since 2003, my favorite branch is in Swansboro NC. They are very kind and professional. They also keep Covid guidelines and social distancing. Very Clean branch.

friendly enough people but waiting 30 minutes every time you go to the bank in swansboro is really getting old… probably switching to Navy Fed just haven’t gotten the chance. Only experience I have with their loan department is through a person close to me and she rated that 0/5
