Stephanie Benedict was a life saver! She made this loan process for a first time home buyer very, very easy. Also, if it hadn't been for her keeping a keen eye out on the deal, I most-likely would've lost the deal. All good things to say here.

I spoke with Stephanie Benedict to get information about a home loan. Stephanie assured me that during the process no hard inquires would be made on my credit, well she was wrong. Got a credit report update a few days after and she hit both mine and my partners credit with a hard inquiry which devastated our scores. Now I have to go through the trouble of disputing the inquires because I trusted what must be either an amateur, or a liar. Adding a star because after contacting Union Home Mortgage (not Stephanie) they got the hard inquires removed from my credit. Though my score never recovered.
