First Bank - Sylva, NC, Sylva, NC

Beyond frustrated with this bank. In just a few year period they have changed names several times. Was entegra, then for a hot second First Citizens only to be sold off to Select Bank now next month they are changing again. Twice accounts have been frozen with no notice. The first time an employee decided the monthly checks being written for a year now seemed odd to her. Documents that have been registered with the Courthouse turned in more than once but between changing names and staff turnover they somehow are lost or not the correct ones they currently need. This time apparently only one person in the entire bank can fix this problem and they aren't available.
