Employees are very rude and talk to customers with no respect

They provide the best service and love the part they have many locations and plan to deal with them as long as I live

The young lady ( Amy) is very rude. She does not have good customer service. I waited at drive through for about 10 mins, before pressing the call button and she ignored me, not one car was in either line, only me. So, I drove back around to another line, because I thought maybe it wasn’t working. But as soon as I drove off and got in the next line, next to the one I was ignored in, another car pulls in and she waits on them. Keep in mind, I was the only car sitting in the whole 4 lanes for 10 mins. 🤨🤔
