The ladies, and Phyllis, and Will at the Fidelity Bank in Troy do an excellent job taking care of their customers. They always call the customers by name and are always ready for some conversation. They compose a great team at the Troy Branch. As a customer for many years, I don’t think there could be a better group of employees at this branch or any other branch. Keep up the good work!!!

First time in the Troy branch on 7/11 and was greeted by several people. Karen my teller was very helpful as I was cashing a company check from Troy Lumber Co. I am new with the company and deal with another bank that does not have a branch here. I commute quite a ways and may consider opening an account for convenience. Have been with Fidelity before and was pleased. This branch definitely has a friendly/helpful staff with a good location.

My dad has been a customer with Fidelity Bank in Troy, NC close to 40 years (they bought out Montgomery Savings & Loan) and he absolutely couldn't imagine being with another bank. He knows they have his best interest in mind with any kind of business he does. They know what it's like to give customers a small town feeling.
