had my closing today as I have been with one Main for at least 20 plus years and have dealt with many of their intake people. My loan was approved (no credit to the intake person Gia). The first and last conversation was not impressive and when I take another loan, I will request not to be assigned to her. Again my loan was explained and I understand the repayment of 28% . I felt that she treated me as though I didn't know my payment could be lower with/out the benefit insurance (234 up to 271). I mentioned, I understand how One Main work, I have been a customer longer than she has been working there. One Main, thank you for my loan

Entities such as this prey on the uninformed of our society and take advantage of every legal loophole possible. Specifically, OneMain is simply a payday lender in sheep's clothing. Change insurance companies? You will now have to pay for your insurance and their over-priced insurance. Don't like it? No one will help you.

Loan process was quick and easy. Agent I worked with was pleasant and efficient. This is my second time doing business with these folks in two different cities and both times they knocked it out of the park. Definitely recommend.

My husband did a renewal of his One Main loan recently and Jeff made it a very easy process -- we were able to scan documents directly to the office and then he just went by and signed off on the paperwork.
