We absolutely loved working with Latisha and Atlantic Bay Mortgage group. We were very overwhelmed with the home buying process, and Latisha was great about answering all our questions and getting back to us in a timely manner. We certainly would work with her again, and would recommend her to any of our family and friends.

Avoid this group. They kept promising me a sub 4% interest rate in Feb 2021 while rates were still low, but dragged out the closing purposely, failed to lock my rate even after asked, just to win themselves a 6.75% rate im now stuck with. Ive bought 10 houses, and these guys are dishonest. Wouldnt work w them.
