Entegra Bank, Waynesville, NC

The second I walk into this bank, I'm greeted with coffee, tea, cookies and lots of smiles. I have never had a bad experience with Entegra Bank. The branch manager, Laura Tragesser is amazing and knows everyone by name. The teller line and customer service have always been extremely nice and very professional when I do my personal banking at their teller windows. I am very pleased with the hometown feel I get every time I'm in the office as well. I can't imagine anyone not having a wonderful experience here. Great Job Entegra!

We are new customers at this bank. The lady that helped set up our account was very nice and helpful. We normally use the drive-through and these employees are not very friendly at all. Thinking of switching to a different bank.

This bank you should be very very careful of . I have had private information shared with outside parties that know me that have said it came from an employee of the bank. This bank has broken every privacy act violation and I will be taking this to the federal reserve as Well as a attorney. This bank should not be in operation for this is not the first time this has happened...
