They lie they cheat and they illegally steal and sell property that you have paid for every month they should be investigated and I’m about to sue them after talking to a lawyer that’s why you save all receipts

Don’t go there, they do anything to get you to pay more than what you really have too...

Staff is friendly but interest rates are extremely high.

My car was in fire accident.. they will not let me get a rental car.. let alone help me with getting another car.. they are not even worried about helping me.. they are only worried about getting their money.. If you leave in Ashe County do not finance anything through basic finance.. They are only out for themself and will NOT help you if something goes wrong. It’s down right ridiculous. But I guess you learn from your mistakes..
