First Horizon Bank, Wilkesboro, NC

I won't bank here anymore. staff is rude, unhelpful, and have no interest in helping you or assisting you in anyway. They have refused to cash my checks here when there was absolutely no reason not to, instead telling me to basically find another bank.

Never been Nothing but Great experiences with this bank.

Before going I called customer service to ask if there were any fees to cash a check written from this bank and told them that I do not have an account there. The customer service guy said "of course not! If it is our check you won't be charged". So, I go there and cash the check and get charged an $8 fee.

I am constantly having issues banking with First Horizon. Am hoping to switch very soon. The staff are kind.
