I had the pleasure of being a customer here. Michelle knew everything about everything. I asked if she was a manager, she said yes. Thank goodness, she was fantastic. And was handling 3 other customers along with my issue and never made me feel like I was less than anyone else. She is amazing

I've been a client at the Dawson St. branch for several years now and Michelle (I hope I'm spelling her name correctly) has always been a tremendous help and makes for an enjoyable experience; all the while at times, in the middle of training new staff and keeping everyone in line calm and patient. I'm not sure what your company promotion policy is but, she definitely deserves one for her work ethic, kindness, and tenure. *She almost makes you forget about the exorbitant amounts of fees ya'll charge for the services rendered!

They have great customer service, fast easy in and out! They would of gotten a 5 star but what kept that from happening in my opinion was the high rate I was charged to cash my paycheck! Even at the check cashing place the inflation is being felt! Keep up the Great Work, the polite in and out service was Awesome!
