Love this credit union in general. However, this is the only branch I use. All of the staff are extremely friendly and professional. I want to point out Alexandra in Financial Services is awesome. I will always keep my personal and business accounts with Excite.

I've used Alliance Credit Union for 25 years and they treat people as part of the family. Whenever you have a problem with your account, just tell them and they are very understanding and will lead you that you can rely on. I've had made mistakes that resulted in a negative balance and numerous overdraft fees and thought in real trouble. They forgave most of them and put me back in a positive balance. Just don't expect that repetitively. They will show you how it happened and teach you how not to repeat it again. I've never been helped this way in any bank. They make ya feel important and part of the family. Keep in mind that they have been Alliance until recently but they are the same.

Ecite credit union helped me out with a personal loan and went out of their way to make sure that everything was clearly explained and to educate me on ways to improve my finances. Thanks so much for going above and beyond!

I’m a customer at Excite & it’s older lady there with glasses that’s VERY disrespectful & rude, I’ve called & complained on her one time & she still has a nasty attitude. I stopped going inside to avoid her, I go to the drive-thru here she is with the SAME nasty attitude I feel like she’s prejudice & going to run a lot of customers away. At this point I’m going to have to change my bank I’ve been dealing with this back since I was 16 & I’m now 20.

Somehow Excite Credit Union got my email address and now they won't stop spamming me with someone else's banking information. I have never been to their bank and do not even live in a state where they operate. The first time that I got an Excite Credit Union email, I called them and they said it was an input error and that they had removed me from their system. But I still keep getting their spam emails (it has been months now). When I call now they say that I'm not in their system. Obviously that is wrong because they keep spamming me with someone else's loan and banking information. Be careful about giving them your email address.

Good service the people are nice they even gave my daughter a lollipop and Samantha helped me set a check in account she is very nice
